CONNECTION POINTE GOING OUT…
This Saturday June 9, we have a team of students going to Guatemala. These are always effective and encouraging trips, anticipated by the children and staff at Los Verdes.
Many of you are aware of the eruption of the Fuego Volcano in Guatemala, but as of this writing the Vision Trust team in Guatemala has said they are not in the endangered area and the team does not need to cancel their plans. As with all trips, we will monitor ongoing developments and coordinate with our global hosts any changes we need to make.
On Saturday, June 16, we have another team leaving for Swaziland. This annual trip is one of our strongest and the Care Pointe at Njojane looks forward to Connection Pointe teams coming each summer.

CONNECTION POINTE COMING IN…
We have two of our newest global partners coming to Connection Pointe this month to share about their first year on the field. Anyone is welcome to join us at 6:30pm, after Saturday worship service, and hear these updates from two vastly different places:
- June 16 – Ryan on the Middle East – Room B103
- June 30 – Jenn Newingham on England – B202
If you have never heard in person from one of our global partners, I encourage you to come. Jenn and Ryan are Connection Pointe members, and we are their sending church. Their perspective on living the Christian life will shine a mirror on deepening our own walk with Christ while we simultaneously learn how to support them better and pray. Please join me in this time together.
